That probably includes about 20-30 countries. When asked to point out specific countries he refused.

Continue to play off Americans against the United Nations. That's what the Wash Times was trying to do by inventing the quote, and the RW spin machine has been spinning it all week.

Its reaches have included the LTTE column in the local paper today (every letter denounced the UN, in typical RW vitriol) as well as DU apparently.
