well you are asking way too much from such a limited man.
Greater leaders would be seen doing and saying something that would look like they should be the Leader of the Free World. * is niether compassionate or enough of a leader to do anything beyond his limited capacity for thoughtful and compassionate action. It just ain't gonna happen.
The rest of the world will pick up the slack and be concerned about the plight of all people.
