I wanted to practice sex with more than one partner, then one could say that we were physically inclined to participate in a relationship that is something more than monogamous, and that would not be illegal. However, if you questioned the majority of society they would probably think that to be immoral and that's their right to believe that way.
Is that a better example for you.
People are entitled to their opinions based on moral issues and you cannot deprive them of it just because it's different than yours.
