Which allowed owners to have more than two stations in a given market. First off, Clear Channel was around 24 years before this took place and buying stations. Of course this bill gave them the green light to take over.

Secondly though,no where in the bill does it state that someone who has Liberal/Democratic leanings couldn't also buy 10,100 or 1000 stations but NONE came forward.

Clinton opened up the market place but Dems sat on their ass and watched it happen,just like they did with rigged up voting machines in 2004 after seeing an election stolen in 2000.
