Kerick is going to be the stick...

Many of us gave a cautious sigh of relief at the resignation of Ashcroft -- hoping against hope that we would see an end to reich-wing repression and the eroding of civil liberties

Doesn't look like it now -- Kerick is going to take over where Ashcroft left off -- watch the inJustice Department and Homeland inSecurity departments work even more hand in glove over the next two years -- and it won't be to increase security around ports, nuke/chmeical plants, airports, borders etc. It will be to silence dissenters and any who dare oppose bush*
