he sure is a bastard.
why would i want to love someone who threatens to banish my soul to hell for some eternal torment just because i don't believe in him?
god wants your love and belief, but won't be honest enough to show himself, then punishes you for questioning if he's actually there.
sounds really passive aggressive to me.
god is a lot like an alcoholic father.
