The Nazis of course were the big monstrous losers and trying to link them with forces in this country has not been successful or timely enough. In fact, the characteristics and tarring has been neatly turned against the "left" and democracy for fifty years- by our industrial traitors.

I'd say keep making inroads in the links(ideological and people/money trail) with germany, but also look at the big picture. All the wars, the tyrants, the conquerors have been pretty much of the same right wing unscrupulous cloth only rarely with such a profusion of venal chickenhawks that is truly shameful to behold anyway you think about it. Making any one group stand out takes humankind's eyes away from the total reality of the picture. That this is the lowest form of ambitious humanity, the most dangerous and undesirable, often perversely- admired or feared.

What about the rest of the world suddenly feeling its' unity, its democratic yearnings, a taste of peace and prosperity and broad communication across the globe? Why should the majority put up with this crap? Why enable it according to the good old boy pattern? Even women's suffrage would be sufficient to drown the resurgent scum if determined.

It's a new world and the "the world is weary of its past."
Of course Shelley noted that over a century and a half ago(the New British Century) and we are still building brutish futile monuments for our President Ozymandias.
