Is the Fallujah story a distraction for the potential vote fraud story?

If everyone's attention wasn't on Fallujah right now, would reporters be looking more closely at the individual stories about voting irregularities going on?

It seems ironic that when Clinton used military action in Kosovo, his critics cried "Wag the Dog" because it was a means of distracting from the emerging Monica Lewinsky scandal.

If it turns out there is a lot of fraud, it will be intereting to see if the press is as vociferous in their WTD claims with Bush as they were with Clinton.
