46. You don't need a supervisor to do the hacking ...

All you have to do is install a program in that runs in the background a does all the shaving for you. Then at a certain time, an ancillary program zeroes out the first and deletes itself ...

Then there is no record and no trace. The election supervisor didn't have to do ANYTHING. All they needed was a mole to plant the program which is probably the Diebold technician who WORKS FOR a Republican operative.

This would NOT require the knowledge of the staff that writes the GEMS software. It would only require a SINGLE individual to write the "moleware" and sneak it into the distribution package from Diebold. Than a completely unaware technician would install it and be non the wiser!!!!

As for the FBI .... Well I guess you have to go through channels first. But this is John Ashcroft's FBI. You know, the one that refused to follow up on two separate foreign arab men with expired visas taking flight lessons on 747 simulators without learning takeoff and landings. It's the same FBI that was completely uninterested in the outing of a CIA agent by someone in the Vice President's office. Don't hold your breath!!!!
