It also serves as a reminder that in times like this, when the appearance is that nothing is happening, that this is precisely the moment to re-focus and keep those letters going out. I would guess that his recent appearance on CNN was an effort to help keep the story in the forefront. I think I will send another slew asking why doesn't Bush tell his people to release the journalists.
