He would NEVER throw feminists over -- he IS one, fer cryin' outloud. He would NEVER throw gays and lesbians over -- he signed the civil unions law in VT (when he was at only about 35% in the polls in an election year!), and has fiercely and eloquently defended it in all the days since.

If inequality is so easy for you, perhaps you don't really belong in the Democratic Party either? And if "moderate" Democrats are anti-women and anti-gay, then FUCK THE MODERATES. I'd rather be a minority party that stands firmly for equality for ALL than a majority party with no soul and no principles.
