And I seem to remember reading that some of the diver certification agencies gave their membership lists to somebody like Poindexter because of it. Think some dive shops turned somebody in, maybe duct taped them too, can't recall.

Yeah, these little goofy alerts are almost as bad as raising it to orange (code ernie?).

The photography stuff gets my goat too. Now if you're not shooting a snapshot somehow you're suspect, or should think twice and feel like a suspect. If I take a picture of a train, will someone call the feds? It's like a 50/50--someone got busted 2 weeks ago a couple of blocks from my home for that. So because seemingly half the population is brain dead gullible, I've got to take crappy pictures or get hassled. Arg!

And I'm a diver too. So yet another reason why I'm suspicious, get some points for the no-fly list. Not to mention I own several beer coolers and an almanac and have an interest in traveling on cargo ships.
