The CIA has the world's largest collection of toxins and poisons, it is also the world's largest drug dealer.

The CIA was listed as the end user for the US Army weaponized Ames strain anthrax spores used to attack the 107th Congress that killed innocent US Postal Service employees and others.

Despite inadequate claims that the Abu Ghraib "abuse" scandal was the result of the actions of "a few bad apples.." and disregard for any reports of "systemic" problems how can the CIA explain it's own secret torture manuals?

Under threat of a FOIA lawsuit by The Baltimore Sun in 1997 the CIA released what is known as the KUBARK Interrogation Manual. This is historic evidence of the systemic promotion of US torture, and there is a transcript available in this archived 1997 Parascope article.
