Thats really a pretty stupid statement.

One must answer the question ....

"Who do you sue????"


You sue the person with the most money. Small businesses rarely have the type of capital or scope of influence to draw predatory lawsuits. Why spend years suing a small business when there is little or no monetary rewards to be reaped.

Finally, if the small businessman is being woefully irresponsible and causing financial damage to others ... He DESERVES to go out of business!!!!!!
