That seems to be the right-wing mantra of the day. If anything goes wrong, it is the Iraqis responsibility to fix it. If there are security problems, it is the responsibility of the Iraqis to handle it. Why? How do we come up with that brilliant deduction? It was fixed until we broke it. We broke it - not the Iraqis. Now if they can't fix it, it is their fault?? Can someone explain this logic to me?
