say when this guy from Ohio was arreste? Press release and news articles state that the DOJ just unsealed the indictment, but no reference to the guy's arrest.
Is is possible he has been in custody for awhile and they just unsealed the indictment to let Ashtune make a good showing against terrorism (in the hopes of getting the heat off his a** and that contempt of congress deal)?
Why doesn't the press ask more questions?
