Another attack would make manifest the impotence of this administration to actually protect the people, which is the only thing they have. (I can't believe the number of times i've heard callers say that protecting the citizenry is the government's number one job. Wrong, but commonly said.)
I don't see it happening, unless they are SO incompetent that they really didn't see it coming.
