Findlaw is saying:
The CIA knew of the possibility of airplanes being flown into skyscrapers.
The CIA shared this information with other agencies (NSA? FBI?)
There are tracks that show the information made it into the August 6 briefing.
Therefore, the 28 pages have nothing to do with it. It's the content of the August 6,2001 briefing that the president needs to release to the committee to prove (as Condi put it)no one could have guessed that they would use airliners as weapons.
Am I wrong about this?
What is so damning about the article is that apparently the 9/11 report shows muddy footprints all the way up to the Oval Office.
