22. Braun will be first

I do think Clark will enter the race around Labor Day weekend, or shortly thereafter.

He is not waffling. This is strategy. Enter at a time when people can actually take notice of it. Why enter now and be 'just another Democrat'?

Braun will drop first, followed by Edwards (lack of support/experience, and drowning in a sea of candidates kills him).

Graham will be next (anyone know if he plans on running for Senate?)

Gephardt and Lieberman will fizzle in the primaries. Gephardt runs for his house seat.

Kucinich will also go, so he can run for his House seat (assuming he still wants it).

Sharpton will also fizzle out, due to lack of support and money. But he'll stay as long as he can.

Dean, Clark and Kerry will go the longest. If Clark runs a solid campaign, he can easily get the nomination, provided Democrats can unite behind him, and shake off the 'General' stigma.

I do doubt that Dean will get the nomination. Nothing against him, because I actually like him. But just because he's getting all the attention now does not mean a thing. And he would get killed in a general election against Bush. Remember, the early front runner in the '92 election was Paul Tsongas. Lost to a late arrival named Bill Clinton.
