4. the Welfare Bill became much much harsher with bush*
economic policies...under Clinton, the economy was doing great, and there were jobs for welfare people...the whole idea became extremely cruel with bush* economic trickle-on policies...the "Cheap-Labor Conservatives"....

Clinton-Gore policies actually raised up a lot of people...there were less people in the food banks and homeless shelters...with poor people earning $$$, rather than taking money out of other's paychecks...it had an impact on everything...crime went down...the stock market went up...

it was bush* that created a cruel America...one where poor people have no chance, where there are no jobs, food banks and shelters are overloaded, people are lying homeless on the streets, crime has risen dramatically, the stock market is stagnant, and real soon, the housing 'bubble' will collapse...it's the reTHUGlican way....
