One of my heroes, the late great Emmett Watson had hoped for the same thing. That give the Californians a few months and they will leave because of the rain. Still hasn't happened. I do recall walking through Westlake Center years ago and this yuppie-like woman was talking to here friend sipping a latte and bitching about bad the weather was. "The weather was never like this in Marina del Rey..." ,or wherever she came from. I had to respond. "Well, just follow I-5 1200 miles south and you'll find better weather!" I responded.

Some of them put palm trees in their front yards. :eyes: What's that all about? Traffic is clogged up. Most of the developers here came from California. Much of the street gangs came from L.A.. The California based chain store Mervyn's which moved here several years ago was also called "Mervyn's California". Now you see them touting California cheese here on TV. Must I say more?
