this was posted on yahoo, and the link to the guardian isn't working. PLEASE help me find a working link to it, please, please, please.

DAVID KAY: BUSH PRIVATELY ADMITTED ...that he knew about 9/11 prior to the bombing and told the military to stand down. "President Bush told me privately that is was important I understood what we are fighting. Bush said the American people would never accept a war against Iraq without a major catastrophe in the U.S. He then went on to say that the CIA had intercepts of conversations that gave them both the time, date and even which flights would be used in the 9/11 attack. Bush decided after much deliberation that it would be wisest to allow the attacks to occur in order to rid the world of Al Qaida, The Taliban and Iraq. He said that he gave orders to the military that the attack was a planned simulation. I was so shocked I didn't know how to respond. I have come forward at great physicial peril to help save our great American democracy that I love"
