...our nation continues to ignore the obvious.

- I don't watch much television. But I'd like to know what has been done to guarantee that 2004 won't be a repeat of 2000? Shall we depend on the 'free press' to speak truth to power? That might be a bad idea considering they are PART of that power. Will we once again trust those who think counting all the votes is secondary to winning?

- The media is now part and parcel of the corporate state. Journalists have become little more than stenographers for the Bush* WH. They'll tell you that Bush* didn't LIE about Iraq and WMD...he was 'misinformed'. Bush's* problem is solved and his faithful followers are undeterred from their worship.

- Watergate. Iran/Contra. WMDGate...ALL involving Republican administrations. Anyone see a pattern here?
