32. Foreign leaders aren't neccesarilly heads of state
and I can give you an absolute definite example of one leader (the leader of the Australian Opposition) who is likely to be the AUstralian PM in 6 months time, who definetly wants rid of him...Mark "the most dangerous and incompetent president in American history" Latham.

Though presumably Kerry's folks could clear up (they don't need to name) whether they meant heads of state OR leaders and whether it was a face to face meeting, and end the debate.
