Here's a bit of satire from columnist Bill White. These are some of his predictions for the next year:
May - Cheney/Scalia hot tub parties raise eyebrows.
June - Determined to preserve the sanctity of marriage against the scourge of civil unions in this election year, President Bush declares war on Vermont.
July - Montpelier falls.
October - U.S. troops capture Howard Dean in spider hole outside Rutland.
December - NFL announces that Pat Boone will headline the 2005 Super Bowl Halftime Show.
