...their wishes, everybody who shoots at you is a freedom fighter, no matter what you think of their politics. The U.S. military is the strong arm of the arrogant colonialists in this case, and those "terrorists" are the local militias trying to kick them out of their country. Notice that they largely enjoy the support of the people who live in Afganistan and Iraq.
