If you didn't get paid for the original article, then begging on DU a couple of years later is unlikely to work.
I was already aware of the money that RWB receive from the US government (after all, it's mentioned in the OP). I take anything it says about Cuba with a pinch of salt - just as I do for anything a Cuban news source says.
