IMHO, the real problem is at the very top. You have a military whose highest command appears to be part of the BFEE, being lead by the AWOL loser. Is it any wonder why the next level tier of command is uninterested in supporting these criminals?
The symptoms are directly related to the disease of this administration, I think.
