Does the same thing too. Automatically adds people you send an email to; you can block entire domains or just individual addresses from that domain; you can set up an auto-reply function that replies to messages from "people" not on your safe list that asks them to reply to it to prove that they're human. I go to that site once a day to look through the blocked spam subject titles and addresses then accept the ones I want. The only spam that gets through now are from people spoofing my email so that it looks like I sent myself an email. My address is in my safe list because sometimes I send myself reminders that way.
