Hope your son had all the cancelled checks -- or was able to easily get copies of them!

What despicable scum.

My most recent boss came directly from BOA to the transaction agent that I just left. I watched her *force* the service rep sitting next to me flat out *lie* to an irate customer.

She was an absolute royal bitch to work for -- lied through her teeth about so much and harrassed us to no end. My exit interview was fun because I very nicely filled in the HR rep, who turned white.

Apparently BOA is a bunch of rat-bastards from top to bottom.
