he was under house arrest for awhile, then died. Milosevic, unfortunately, that trial ended without a resolve after 5 years or so, and he died in jail at The Hague. But at least they did get that far, a trial I mean.

As for Kissinger, he may not travel as extensively any longer, but that's about it.

"The judge is investigating the death and disappearance of five French citizens during the rule of General Pinochet in Chile. Kissinger declines the invitation and leaves Paris at once."
