Yep, they've taken one dangerous piece of worthless scum out of circulation and that's a good thing - I hope he never gets out of jail.

However, the only "plotting" against Bush or to use the missile in any terrorist capacity came solely from US/British/Russian police.

The Police - "Can we have a missile to blow up passenger planes and / or Air Force One?"
Arms Dealer - "Certainly, that will be $100,000."
The Police - "Ha ha! You're under arrest. We've just foiled a plot to assassinate Bush!".

Bizarre.

Still, at least it highlights how easy it is to buy a SAM these days, so maybe security will get a bit tighter around airports.
