he probably got it so his girlfriend Ginger couldn't go snuggling up to him at his campaign appearances--hell hath no fury, and all that.

And then, there's the MATCHING FUNDS that kick in come January...you know how the rich are, they like getting richer, so he'd probably love a crack at a nice big pile of Little People's Money.
