most of my life i worked in buildings in new york city where we couldn't open the windows. the air was recycled. i started with chemical sensitivities. had to ask co-workers not to wear perfume or scented hair spray.
there was a recent study where people with gulf war syndrome were give CoQ10. all had some relief from symptoms. i, and some others with CFS have decided to try it and see if it helps us.
