41. On January 2 the Republican House
with great publicity passes a law reducing all tax brackets to what they were on December 30.

That bill gets sent to Harry Reid in the Senate where it ..... ?

Is passed and is sent to the president who vetoes it?

Is never voted on and dies?

How is that going to be blamed on the Republicans?
