Yassin wouldn't have considered his own death murder. He's waged war on the people of Israel for years. Not on the government, not on the military, but on the people of Israel. He is personally responsible for the killing of hundreds of women and children. Its only fair that he's subject to his just deserts.
Israel wages war back on Hamas.
Was this a smart move? That's another question. But there's no doubt at all that Yassin deserved what he got and a lot more.
