I am convinced he is in favor or trying to get this done. I know he was very much in favor of having a public option and made 2 different attempts at some type of public option in the Senate bill. Speaking of leading, whose CofS showed up on a Sunday night and ordered Reid to give Lieberman what he wanted when Reid was still inclined to fight him?
