77. Cowardly?
Disagree, we are at war, and as far as some of these remote areas are concerned, military infrastructure has been built there, to varying degrees. Ask the Pakistani's who are finding that out firsthand in their push into Taliban held territory. With that said, some of these remote villages are almost impossible for our forces to get, therefore airstrikes of some sort are the only legitimate option. So frankly, we have two choices, massive bombardments or drone strikes. If you take drone strikes off the table, I guarantee that a lot more civilians will die as a result.

Secondly, it's cowardly? To fire missiles at enemy forces? It's a hell of a lot less "cowardly" than blowing up 90+ civilians in a crowded marketplace everytime the government does something you don't like (see numerous recent Taliban attacks on civilians in Pakistan).
