Frustrating, to be sure, but all pleadings, etc will be filed and oral arguments will be heard on a 5 week schedule. (Yeah it's June but it's June 1)

Of course the republicans are scum and doing this just to keep a vote out of the Senate for the Dems, but it only hurts them in the eyes of Minnesotans. The system is working well and moving pretty quickly, all things considered.
