122. Nice work.
This is a great story.
I think it worth noting that we can be grateful a Judge at the District Court level recognizes the rule of law to deny/dismiss.
Who knows what the USSC and its current make up would have ruled? My guess is less fairly.
Also, Joan Claybrook has stepped down (as of the end of January) as president of Public Citizen. Dr. Sidney Wolfe is serving as acting president. No matter who is finally picked to replace Claybrook it is going to be tough to fill the shoes of giants like Nader and her.
