I live in Minnesota, I know exactly how the recount is going to be conducted. There will be absolutely NO opportunity for anyone to "steal" ballots. It's too stupid an idea to merit even a nano-second of speculation. You may as well speculate that Martians are going to attack during the recount and abduct the Secretary of State -- it would have the same degree of grounding in reality.
