I agree with every word of this. But similarly the demonization of Israelis as all warmongerers and Likud-supporters and using 'Zionist' as practically a swear word is also a huge part of the problem.

Not implying that you said this - I'm just using your post because you pointed out that one should not paint one side with a broad brush as though they're not individuals; and I fully agree, but want to emphasize that it applies to both sides!
