95. There were many antiwar signs in Jena,
but IMO not enough. There was so much energy there, it was unbelievable. While looking at this mass of people I thought about how great it will be if/when they come out in full support of the antiwar movement. TONC might have been thinking the same way. Maybe it's time to create the perfect storm of grievances.

There were about 3000 people there at 5AM. By 8AM there were about 13,000. The Bikers alone numbered about 4000. When we left about 1:45pm buses were still pulling in. The police had the busses driving around in circles trying to prevent them from getting in, so people got off the busses on the highway and began walking. The MSM report of the number of people was vastly off the mark.

I think it's important to unite this group with the antiwar movement. And, if including the Jena6 can do it, so be it. This is about fighting a war on two fronts, here and abroad.
