12. It wasn't the type of ring that bothered them.
The school had a policy about wearing jewelry and this girl felt she should be the exception since it is a 'religious' thing. Perhaps if all people in her religion were made to wear it she would have a point but since it is more of a personal belief, that they tie into their religious beliefs, she didn't have a leg to stand on. She knew the jewelry policy when she attended the school.
