Your statement that there is "NO 'evidence'--yet--of any high crimes or misdemeanors" is sheer lunacy. This administration has committed war crimes in our name, eavesdropped on American citizens without warrant, tortured detainees subject to the Fourth Geneva Convention, criminally neglected to death citizens trapped by Katrina, lied about imminent threat as cover for a crony-profitable war, lied about the huge costs of the medicare pharmacy bill that funnels U.S. treasure into the hands of board room friends, tolerates the lack of justice in the outting of Valerie Plame, obstructed and stonewalled the investigation into 9-11, the list of political crimes and abuses of power go on and on.

A criminal offense is not required for impeachment. An abuse of the public trust is. The Bush administration is an abuser run amok. The absence of impeachment proceedings amounts to acceptance and complicity. America is betrayed.
