If you have an opinion different from theirs you are EVIL. They, and only they, have the truth.

And this quote also implies an evil nature to HIV/AIDS. It is a disease that can be treated and hopefully someday cured. It is no more evil than a cold or the flu. I'm sure that their real meaning is their notion that HIV/AIDS is a scourge on homosexuals and that is the evil that must be fought.
