If you look at the facts of both cases, the crimes themselves and how the men conducted their lives in prison, I think you'll see a big difference.

I think this is good news, that Governator actually can show some compassion. It's always tempting to try to make some kind of racial issue out of every story, but you are really comparing apples to oranges.

ETA I personally don't think anyone should ever get the death penalty.
