Dear Sen. Lieberman:

I wrote you earlier re: the Alito nomination. I again urge you to FILIBUSTER this nominee and use the FILLIBUSTER TIME to inform the American people about the Constitution, NSA spying, the Katrina investigation, Plamegate and Abramoff. I also request that you speak about the billions of public tax dollars wasted in reckless spending to benefit the likes of KBR-Halliburton without federal oversight of contracts, the criminal conduct of members of Congress and the deficit of $8 trillion under Bush.

You must decide where you stand---either with Alito and Bush Corporation, or with Democrats and the American people who wish to end this GOP scourge on our land and nation NOW. Please decide on the filibuster and help Sen. Kerry garner enough votes to make it happen.
