if the kids are natural born citizens, then the parents can't be deported, its actually pretty simple, but could be theoretically abused, but then again, in many cases it would be cheaper to have the parents care for their own kids than rely on Child Services, and even possibly fast track any citizenship applications due to extraneous circumstances. I think they do that for refugees a lot as well, my area has many Bosnian Muslims who emigrated recently, and, frankly, I don't care what xenophobes think about refugees.
