57. I've seen what happens to a pig when it "pops"
One summer a really big sow pig died in the barn. We towed her out towards the end of the driveway with a tractor so that the rendering plant guys could come pick her up. Well, they were late. Really late. It was a small-town operation, they only had one dump truck to use, and it had broken down earlier in the week. After 5 days in 90F weather, the pig was looking like a parade balloon. Being the incredibly bright boys we were, my best friend and I decided to shoot at it with our pellet guns. After a few shots, we must have penetrated the leathery skin, because the pig shuddered and literally popped open. Some organs were shot into the air, and the wave of stench that washed over us made us drop our guns, run towards the house and vomit on the front lawn.
